Dr Salma Ayis

Salma is experienced in the design and analysis of experimental and observational studies, her research interests include the application of advanced statistical and econometrics techniques to explore prognostic factors in long term health conditions. Involved in a range of projects in the area of promotion of the uptake of NHS Health Checks among ethnically diverse populations in deprived areas. Salma’s role in the Hairdressing Salons Project will concern elements of study design, sample size calculation, statistical expertise and data management.
