The BELONG Team was invited to the Household Model Convivion.

This event marks the culmination of the Household Model Project of Lambeth Portuguese Wellbeing Partnership which looked at health and wellbeing through the lens of relationships and social connection. 

This project came into its own during lockdown with a greater intensity to household level relationships.

The Household Model is a way of working in communities that seeks to reduce health inequalities and empower households to care for themselves and others. This is a flexible model that can be adapted to different contexts.
